Ti Trin Ned opened in 2001 with the aim of creating a gastronomic experience that combines recognition and surprise through tasteful innovation and passionate aesthetics. Today, the Michelin-recognized restaurant overlooks the Little Belt, where nature and gastronomy meet in a unique way. Here, the focus is not only on the food but on the entire experience, crafted to awaken the senses.

New: Lunch Service with a View of the Little Belt

From May to August, Ti Trin Ned opens its doors for lunch every Friday and Saturday. This is a time when the view of the Little Belt truly shows itself at its most beautiful.

Guests can enjoy a selection of dishes from the evening menu. Ti Trin Ned lets the season's best ingredients speak for themselves in simple and precise servings, where taste, craftsmanship, and authenticity come together in harmony.

The Team Behind Ti Trin Ned

Michael Nørtoft, co-owner and head chef, is a passionate chef who has worked at some of Denmark's best restaurants, including Geranium, Formel B, and Lieffroy. Michael is known for his love of classic French flavors, which he gives a modern and light twist. In 2023, he was named Nordic Chef of the Year. Michael Nørtoft is also the team captain of the Danish culinary team.

Lærke Krudt, co-owner and operations manager, has over 12 years of experience in the service industry. She loves creating unique experiences and ensuring that each guest feels like part of something special. Her passion for challenging boundaries and finding new ideas makes Ti Trin Ned a place that is constantly evolving.
