Hans Christian Andersen Mural
On the gable of Bangs Boder No. 26, close to the Hans Christian Andersen Museum, you will find the large beautiful portrait of Denmark's favorite fairy tale writer. It was made by street art artist Don John, who grew up in Brylle a little outside Odense. The gable painting is black and white, 12 meters high, very eye-catching and quite naturally a very photographed work of art, especially because the contrast to the cobblestone street and the half-timbered houses in the old town is so great.
