Endless Lamppost

The lamp post at Herning Station towers 32 metres over the viewer.

It is an exact replica of the other lamp posts, only on an enlarged scale, and is a work created by the artist group A-Kassen. The lamp post manages to blend in with its surroundings and at the same time stand out. The purpose of the art installation is to marvel, captivate and encourage conversation.
