Copenhill, Copenhagen

You can now ski in our capital, that's right, Copenhagen has its very own ski slope atop our newest and greenest power plant. Not crazy about skiing? You can walk up, too and enjoy beautiful views of the capital with a hot or cold drink!

ØsterGRO, Copenhagen

Denmark's first rooftop farm is a beautiful sight to behold. Busy bees, luscious plants and a greenhouse that hosts a restaurant serving all organic breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sip on natural wine and take in the sunset after dinner for a true Copenhagen summer experience.

Hjorths Ceramic Museum, Bornholm

Hjorth's Factory was built in 1859, and now houses a beautiful ceramic museum–an art form the island of Bornholm is renowned for. Go on guided tours, see how the ceramics are made, and, of course, see how designs have changed over time.

The Opal Lake, Bornholm

Once a granite quarry, this lake is now the perfect place to take a swim in the summer, hike around, or simply take in the spectacular views.

Hans Christian Andersen's House, Odense

Stepping into the H.C. Andersen is like diving into the author's imagination. Surprising, magical and brimming with information about his world-famous fairy tales. Architecture fans will also be in awe of this newly-opened museum.

Egeskov Castle, Fyn

Egeskov is not just a beautiful Renaissance castle to enjoy, its grounds are also the perfect place to spend an action-packed day. There are mazes, an extensive garden, exhibitions in the farmhouses and a full forest (and its treetops!) to explore.

Røsnæs Point, Zealand

The Røsnæs peninsula juts 15km out into the Great Belt. It's one of the sunniest (and driest!) spots in Denmark. It's the perfect spot to see different fauna and has perfect conditions for vines, making it a great wine country with four vineyards to choose from!

Trelleborg Viking Museum, Zealand

The Trelleborg Viking fortress was recently added (alongside four other Danish fortresses) to the UNESCO World Heritage List. The museum is the perfect place to brush up on your Viking knowledge and immerse yourself in history.
