Comwell Copenhagen Portside Dolce by Wyndham – new conference hotel
A new Comwell Hotel is to be developed in the Trælastholm area in the heart of Copenhagen’s largest new dockland development, Nordhavn. The new hotel will be situated right next to the Nordhavn Metro Station set to open in 2020, offering easy 24/7 access to the city centre and the airport.
The Comwell hotel has joined the world’s largest hotel brand franchising company, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, adding “Dolce by Wyndham” to its name. The Dolce brand has 20 MICE-focused hotels in North America and Europe.

The new conference hotel will be designed to complement the existing marina environment and will offer sea views. The hotel will feature 484 rooms in addition to 18 conference and meeting facilities. There will also be a bar and restaurant on the ground floor facing the water and there are plans to establish a water taxi service to bring visitors into town via the waterways.
The hotel will offer 484 rooms, including 3 suites and is set to open in January 2021.
